vTradEx’s advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS) has been implemented at Chow Sang Sang’s six-floor ShunDe Logistics Center to optimize operations. The WMS manages a diverse inventory, including diamonds and prime gold, with replenishments every three days across all stores in China. It integrates seamlessly with DPM and cutting-edge Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) like conveyors, AGVs, and robotics, enhancing processes from receiving to deliveries. The WMS also interfaces with Chow Sang Sang’s existing ERP and internal systems, ensuring real-time data synchronization and operational accuracy.

The integration of vTradEx’s WMS with Geek+ AGV systems improves inventory management efficiency. By managing task priorities and releases through white-box integration, the WMS eliminates the need for AGVs to prioritize tasks. It also optimizes task execution by dividing putaway and pick tasks into lifting and moving phases. This setup enables AGVs to promptly lift and move shelves as soon as staging locations are available, reducing delays and increasing overall efficiency.
